Same-Day Flower Delivery
Fleur Social offers same-day flower delivery throughout eligible areas of the Barossa Valley and surrounding region, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We are closed on Sundays.
For same-day delivery, please place your order before 11am South Australian local time.
Orders received after 11am, or on days when we are closed, may not be delivered until the following business day.
While we always do our best to accommodate requested delivery dates, same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance. If we are unable to fulfil your requested delivery date, we will contact you where practical to arrange an alternative.
Flower Substitution Policy
Every Fleur Social bouquet is individually created using beautiful seasonal blooms.
Product images on our website are labelled with bunch sizes and are intended as a guide to the style, colour palette and overall appearance of each arrangement.
As flowers are seasonal and availability changes, your bouquet may differ from the image shown. Our florists may make reasonable substitutions of flower varieties or colours when necessary, while maintaining the overall style, quality and value of your chosen arrangement.
Each bouquet is thoughtfully designed and uniquely created, making it as individual as the person receiving it.

Flower Delivery Policy
At Fleur Social, we take care to ensure your flowers arrive beautifully presented and in the best possible condition.
Our team and delivery couriers will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order to the nominated address.
If No One Is Home
If you have authorised us to leave your flowers unattended, we may leave the arrangement in a suitable shaded location with water, provided the temperature is 30°C or below and we consider it safe to do so.
If you have requested that your flowers not be left unattended and no one is available to receive the delivery, you may be required to pay an additional delivery fee or arrange collection from our Nuriootpa store.
Orders containing wine must be delivered directly to the intended recipient or another adult aged 18 or over at the delivery address and cannot be left unattended. If an adult is unavailable to receive the gift, we will contact the purchaser to arrange an alternative delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Hot Weather Deliveries
To protect the freshness and quality of your flowers, we will not leave arrangements unattended when the temperature exceeds 30°C.
If no one is available to receive the delivery in these conditions, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions.
An additional delivery fee may apply if redelivery is required, or you may arrange to collect the flowers from our store. In-store collection is not available for gifts containing wine.
Unattended Delivery Responsibility
Where you have authorised Fleur Social to leave your order unattended, responsibility for the flowers passes to the recipient or purchaser once delivery has been completed at the nominated address.
Fleur Social cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or deterioration resulting from circumstances outside our control after an authorised unattended delivery has been completed. This does not exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us promptly on (08) 8562 1612.
